MICRODAKO
MULTISCAL & UNIVERSAL use on all plastics and rubbers
FAST and really EASY bench hardness tester with high accuracy standards:
MICRODAKO is a fully motorized hardness tester which determinates the hardness of thermoplastic, rubber and vulcanized rubber samples, in accordance with standardized methods IRHD and Shore. (High-definition of 0.01 IRHD).
FULLY AUTOMATIC TEST CYCLE:
Just push the start button and the hardness tester will perform the testing cycle in automatic succession without breaching a phase:
1. Automatic approach and contact of the sample to the testing probe
2. Clamping of the sample
3. Execution of the measurement
4. Release of the sample
The entire test cycle is complete and the result immediately appears on the large display. Fully motorized and automatic, the test is not affected by operator influences and can easily be used by operators of entry level.AUTOMATIC PROBE RECOGNITION
5 probes for 5 scales selected by rotating turret and auto recognition no setting errors; the selected probe is automatically recognized and calibrated. The instrument is immediately ready for use. Just move the turret till the light signal. IRHD, SHORE, MICRO all can be included.
The test cycle is quick! The precision of this system allows quick tests with accurate measurements at every test. The turret control is so easy and fast that the change of the testing probes takes only a few seconds.HIGH PRECISION
The first at the world instrument adopting exclusive technology without friction electronic forces and software in closed loop AFFRI SYSTEM for high accuracy measures and automatic process. 0,01
IRHD accuracy.
The testing pressure and the indentation move in the same axis (Z) with a test accuracy not achievable by common manual testers. The system avoids any movement of the sample and assures perfect stability of any test piece throughout the test cycle.
R & R repeatability and reproducibility tests are at the top of the class unmatched by any other instrumentL.I.S.A LASER POINTING SYSTEM
Laser pointing system (Pat. AFFRI). Allows for a precise test position pointing before the contact between the indenter and the sample.SMART FUNCTIONS OF SCREEN
Smart functions, intuitive icons and customizable table reports. The test cycle will strart just pusshing START button thanks to the Z axis motorization control. Data, results and statistic tables are immediately visible on the screen and are adaptable to customer needs.
CUSTOMIZABLE REPORT TEMPLATESReport are created directly by Affri team. Templates can be 100% customized according to any need. Not only company logo, the report layout can be filled with any test information. Time by time, after the test cycle, choose what to export in the final report by flagging or unflagging simple options.
