INNOVATIVE MEASURE DAKO JOMINY AFFRI® System achieves the highest level of depth accuracy and measurement resolution available for Rockwell test. Motorized measuring head with 200 mm of vertical stroke for automatic movements and automatic contact with the test piece. Further 50 mm of vertical stroke for the indenter and the clamping hood	LOAD CELL & CLOSED LOOP TECHNOLOGY Each load force is automatically programmed and controlled assuring perfect linearity in every range eliminating the problems associated with traditional dead weight system testers. The test is not affected by any external sources of deflection, misalignment or vibration. The AFFRI system can also operate in an inclined position.

AUTOMATIC CALIBRATION Self automatic calibration cycle, conforming to ASTM E-18- ISO 6508. Three test blocks ( Hard, Medium & Soft) ranges. It will retain the test block locations, move to each test block, indent and self calibrate. It will also automatically linearize your working scale with the calibration test block results.	MUTI-SAMPLES TEST CYCLE Single or multiple sample test pieces, can be tested automatically, conforming to ASTM E-18 specification. Multiple sample facing testing included.

OPTICAL IMAGING SYSTEM Panoramic camera with a 5X objective, for a clear sample pattern starting origin. Independent for each sample.	HIGH PRECISION High accuracy motorized table with 0.5 μm step for automatic movements on X and Y axis within an area of more than 200x400 mm.
SOFTWARE Standardized test patterns are stored, in the on board database, for ease of instrument operation. A customized test cycle can be created at anytime, thus saving repeative patterns.
