Third Dimension's Hi-Range sensor technology enables a multitude of challenging surface finishes to be measured. Its patented adjustable laser cap can uniquely shorten or split the laser line to measure a range of complex features.

GapGun VChange U series HiRange sensors cover a massive dynamic range from extremely bright surfaces such as soft chrome, to the very darkest paints and carbon surfaces. Unless your application requires frequent measurement of highly reflective surfaces, U series VChange sensors are the ideal solution. All sensors are compatible with GapGun Pro and Vectro.

M-SERIES REFLECTIVE

GapGun VChange M series reflective sensors are optimised for use on highly reflective and mirrored surfaces such as bright machined metal, turbine engine components and bright chrome. Where your application requires frequent measurement of highly reflective surfaces, M series sensors are the ideal solution for more general applications select U series universal sensors. All sensors are compatible with GapGun Pro and Vectro.

Violet extends the range of materials which can be measured with GapGun and Vectro systems. Using a shorter wavelength than blue lasers maximises the range of surfaces that Violet sensor heads can measure. Violet offers the industry leading accuracy, speed, traceability, usability and reliability of other VChange sensor heads.
