AFFRI Hardness Tester DAKO HIGH TEMPERATURE

MULTIPOSITION HARDNESS TEST CYCLE
THE MAIN MACHINE IS REFERED TO DAKOMASTER300

• When the desired temperature is stable, move up the head of the hardness tester
• Slide the furnace to the right, under the indenter. Be sure to unlock the security knob before sliding the table
• When the furnace is onto the position the cycle can initiate
• Lock the security knob for secure stop at the test position
• Set up the hardness test cycle on LCD panel
• Remove the furnace’s cup and press the START button on the tester
• The head will move down to perform the first indentation, then will turn upwards.
• To perform another test repeat the entire test cycle.

FURNACE 
(Temperature upto 1200°C)

• The furnace is locate on a sliding table. A security knob to lock the furnace at desired position is installed.
• Move the furnace to the left side and open the cover
• Insert carefully your test sample-s, be sure to fix it on the middle centre position.
• Close the cover and close the cup
