EASYFLAG 3000 is composed of a solid steel structure (not cast iron), welded and milled, entirely designed and made by us, since radial drill structures are not suitable
neither to bear loads of 3000 kg plus the forces for blocking the pieces, nor to support the vibrations created by milling.
EASYFLAG 3000 is able to perform fully automatic hardness test cycles, thanks to the special motorized rotating turret and the in-house developed software. It is equipped with a 2MPX camera with autofocus, for the automatic recognition of the indentations. REPEATABILITY 0.1 HB. Load cell and Closed Loop technology (Pat. AFFRI).

	FULLY AUTOMATION CYCLE: • Choose the test point with the laser pointer and press the START button • Automatic indenter contact with the specimen from any distance • Automatic clamping piece and activation of the reference surface point • Automatic sample preparation by milling • Automatic loading by load cell and closed loop • Individual light source one for each installed objective • Automatic focus by vertical image scanning process • Automatic indent reading with camera • Show of the result and automatic return
MILLING SYSTEM: Our special milling system leaves a mild edge, without sharp corners. The max. milling depth of 3 mm (at request 5 mm for additional price), can be programmed in the software, with centesimal precision. It is possible to mill parts up to 55 HRC and small parts without any fixing system, thanks to our piece clamp.
