kolibri - Optical 3D Digitizing without Reference Markers

kolibri LensShape 200
3D contour accuracy inspection of complexe free forms

  • Automated 3D digitizer for the non-contact shape record of concave and convex lenses and mirrors (rotation-symmetric and cylindrical aspheres, spheres, planes and free forms)
  • Special correction of lens aberration effects for accuracies in the lower micrometer- and sub micrometer range
  • Self-calibration
  • Quality assurance through comparison with the reference geometry (mathematical formulas or reference point cloud)
  • Full field deviation analysis, determination of radial errors (averaged meridional section) and data export of deviation results, optionally in equidistant xy-raster
  • Alignment of the measurement to the reference geometry per best fit, or referring an object coordinate system, e.g. an arbour (or per combination of both methods of alignment)
  • Easy handling and high level of reproducibility because of pre-defined measuring schedules
