kolibri LensShape - 3D contour accuracy inspection of optical components
 
kolibri LensShape inspection  systems  are  especially  designed  3D
digitizers for the non- contact shape record of concave and convex lenses and mirrors (rotation-symmetric and cylindrical aspheres, spheres, planes and free forms) in optics manufacturing industry. The kolibri LensShape that has been developed in cooperation with our local partner, the Carl Zeiss GmbH.

A special correction of lens aberration effects stands for accuracies in the lower micrometer- and sub micrometer range. Beside a full field deviation analysis and a determination of radial errors (averaged meridional section) the systems detects localized errors very accurate. The deviation data can be exported, optionally in equidistant xy-raster.

Alignment of the measurement to the reference geometry can be done per best fit, or referring an object coordinate system, e.g. an arbour (or per combination of both methods of alignment).
