MODEL INTEGRAL SERIES
SOFTWARE
Integral® is managed by a powerful computer installed on the machine equipped with a real hard disk, a complete industrial keyboard, a high-resolution color display unit and a menu-based management program that allows the operator to follow the various automatic test phases: test selection, Rockwell depth measurement, quick and high-precision Brinell and Vickers measurements, filing of the piece images and impressions, dimensional measurements. The complete statistics program supplies charts and histograms as well as large data storage. The software is Windows® based and easy to learn.
CAMERA MEASUREMENTS
An high-definition camera is implemented to record Vickers and Brinell impressions. A wide range of magnifications - from 20x to 400x and many others upon request - are provided for. This new method offers a number of advantages compared with the common optical instrument, i.e. high resolution, electronic image management, fast and precise, image storage, image printing together with the surface of the tested material for metallographic tests; control and dimensional measurements of the material surfaces can be carried out for other purposes.
Options
HDTL function for automatic measure of Depth of Hardness without cut test piece The function HDL permits checking the depth of hardness treatment from 0.15 to 1,5 mm without destroying or cutting the sample but directly on test piece and in few seconds with high accuracy. Ideal for heat treatment.
The procedure consists to measuring different depth indentations at different loads thanks to AFFRI System and load cell inside.

MODEL 270VRS SERIES

MODEL 770 VRS SERIES
SINGLE INITIATION OF COMPLETE OPERATION INCLUDING AUTO CONTACT WITH TEST PIECE
- Following initiation by the Start button, the 770 VRSD head moves down to reach the test surface in distance multiples of 50 mm as part of the continuous test sequence comprising:
- approach to the piece.

MODEL MICROTESTER
The MICROTESTER works with a method similar to the classic unified Rockwell Iaboratory hardness testers, so it is fully certifiable in accordance with EN-ISO 10109 and ASTM B724 standards on request.
The force on the diamond point is electronically controlled by an electronic load micro-cell directly inserted in the indenter (AFFRI® Patent).
The displacement detector includes the diamond and its support guide and it assures an absolute measurements with no interference due to movements, flexions and vibrations.
lt is possible to measure in an absolutely accurate way thin layers such as metal sheets, chrome plating only few hundredths of mm thick, very small pieces, nitrided layers and it is possible to measure with ease very large structures such as steel castings and moulds. It does not work using rebound, but with a real measurement of the indentation of the material. It is handy, light and very easy to use.
-The MICROTESTER executes Automatic and immediate microvickers measurements without the need for optical measurements.
