MODEL AURA SERIES
CAPACITY: 10, 30, 60 100 KN
AURA is an UTM UNIVERSAL TESTING MACHINE
The AURA range tensile testing machine carries out tensile tests to EN 10002 standard with class1 or better precision. This machine is capable of carrying out tensile and compression tests, bend tests, and tests on springs. It works with the relative Windows-based software. Test materials include: metals, plastics, paper, ropes, chains, and other materials. The mechanical construction consists of ball bearing screws, columns, mobile cross head, protection guards according to EC directives, encoder for height measuring - min. pitch 0.003 mm, direct current motor. The machine can be fitted with up to three self-controlllng cells.
CONTROL AND SOFTWARE
The machine is entirely controlled by a computer using Windows, with a closed loop video system, and a liquid and dust proof keyboard for industrial use. The control system protects the cell in case of overload by stopping the motor; an emergency device stops the machine at any given point without jeopardising software operation. Both the software and Windows are supplied in the language requested by the customer. The programme provides the ability to set a variety of values: travel, testing load to be reached, desired percentage of breaking load drop for stranded wires and multi-threads in general; speed, measurement units, section, tolerances, test specimen length, dimensional memory for returning to the initial length, and test specimen absolute dimensions for calculating per cent and absolute elongation. All this is stored in a 15-character code. Every time the enter key is pressed, the recorded test is carried out. Once the test is stored in the memory, results can be recalculated and corrected. The load cell internal calibration is controlled by the software.
DIAGRAMS
Diagrams are shown on the screen. The zoom function is enabled. The following values can be explored by means of the cursor and are automatically calculated: E, sigma, yield point, breaking point (N.B.: this system can also work without straingauge, although it is not a substitute for it - a straingauge can anyway be applied at any time), and proportionality coefficient at the desired percentage.
STATISTICS
All parameters can be viewed as numerical statistics with CP CPK. Statistics are given for each parameter - section, loads and relative tolerances. lt is possible to view the bar histogram relative to each parameter. Our main code plus eight-flelds system allows you to store and generate statistics by subject - by parts of numbers recorded, by date, by number, by lot, by lot of materials, by customer, by pieces falling within a certain value range, etc. These criteria can be defined by you according to your needs.
PRINTING
Printing is according to our own setup. However, those who are famillar with programming may alter the setup according to their needs in order to change type, sheet positioning, company logo, or allow Excel or other supporting applications to be used.

MODEL DYNO
CAPACITY: 5KN
It is a combined machine including spring tester and tensile tester. It operates with computerized numeric control and it includes computer, colour screen, Window based software programs. It is suitable for spring tests - through the necessary software tools - and for wire tension for springs or any other object. Tensile tests, compression tests, bending tests and shearing stress tests can be performed. It is a universal-testing machine, so this is actually a spring tester. The machine is supplied with direct current and has a “C” structure and recirculating ball screws.
A maximum of three test cells can be inserted. Loads can be combined, at will, from 10 N and 5 KN. The machine can also be equipped in order to be exclusively a three-capacity tester.

MODEL 2C SERIES
CAPACITY: 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4 KN
Equipment for strength and length control on compression and tension springs. The equipment is manually operated.
Fast and slow speed can be selected.
The structure is self-bearing. test space is enclosed batween two colums in order to give greater stiffness to the frame.
Upper crosstie with holes enables an easy assembly of guiding spring rod. It is also used as safety device for tests on unstable springs.
The spring tester is supplied with a digital optical line for length measurements with 0.01-mm division and electronic load cell to test spring strength.

PC series is an equipment for strength and length control on compression and tension spring. Manually operated spring tester with slow and fast speed.
Two adjustable loks to execute tests on two measures are pre-set. C structure with 197 mm working width.
The instrument is equipped with digital optic line for length measures with 0.01 division and electronic load cell for spring load measuring.

TR series is a torsion testing instruments
Equipment manually operated for right and left torque control on springs with two adjustable stops for the angular position, with horizontal enbloc structure and ball circulation accuacy guides.
Its high definition electronic cell allows torque measurements while the angular positions are controlled by digital encoder with 0,1 degree minimum division.
The elasticity of the torquemeter cell is automatically compensated. This torquemeter is supplied with tables, adjustable in order to set the torsion point, and either operates with the relative zero given by the spring contact, or with the absolute zero given by the anvil contact.
DIGITAL
The digital part has a push button panel in order to visualize on two displays the torques and angles.
Kgmm. and Nmm are the commutable units and on request, British measures can be supplied. These functions are set with keyboard and they provide for:
AUTOMATIC ZEROSETTING. Possibility to zeroset angle and torque on any point. RECALIBRATION. Keys are provided for setting the sample torque, together with a key for storage.
MULTICELL (option). Key for commutation should the cell have two different ampliflying thresholds.
TOLERANCES. Three lights for rates over, under and within tolerance, may be lit at will with two keys.
DATA TRANSMISSION. The machine is supplied with a RS 232 output for direct connection to an computer.
