We developed the linear scale which firstly adopts single lamp-house and photodiode in CHINA  
 
1999
We developed the special IC for DRO. The readings can reach 13.3MHZ  
 
2001
We developed the first erect projector in CHINA, which can be compared to the foreign similar products.  
 
2002
We developed DC-3000 multi-functional data processor which was widely used in checking and measuring machines.  
 
2003
We developed USB linear scale exchanger which can connect the linear scale & PC  
 
2004
We developed CNC VMS and stepped into the high range of this field.  
 
2005
We developed grating IC with phase compensation function. In the mean time we developed the 3D measuring machine.  
         
  Vertical Profile Projector
Optical measurement is a non-contact technique that graphically displays and measures parts with dimensions and shapes that would be hard to measure with regular tools. VERTICAL models provide comparable accuracy and are ideal for parts that are placed on the glass insert of the workstage.    Vertical systems work well when the parts to be measured are flexible or soft such as plastic, thin stampings or electrical components.
  Horizontal Profile Projector
Optical measurement is a non-contact technique that graphically displays and measures parts with dimensions and shapes that would be hard to measure with regular tools. Generally, HORIZONTAL models work well with parts that need to be fixtured, held in a vise or on centres.
  Measuring Microscope
Measuring microscope is a photoelectric measuring system of high precision and efficiency. It is widely used in different kinds of precision finishing industries, such as electronic part , precision mould, precision.tool, spring, plastic, rubber, oil seal value, camera part, pedal cycle part and PCB processing.
  Video Measuring System
 Video measuring system is a photoelectric measuring system of high precision and efficiency. It is composed of a series of components such as CCD colour camera of high resolution, continuous zoom lens, colour monitor, video crosshairs generator, precision linearscale, multi-functional digital readout (DRO), 2D measuring software and high  precision worktable. It is supplied with RS-232 interface, The user can manage and output the graph by connecting with PC and running the M2D program.

Designed to provide a measuring solution to meet the most exacting industrial quality requirements for small to large component inspection.
 

SUPRA Optix Interferometer
The SUPRA Optix is the latest development in the field of scanning White-Light Interferometry. With the features of compact flexible design high speed, user-friendly, 3D Measurement and up to 400um vertical scanning range with nanometer resolution, The SUPRA Optix supports new application in quantitative surface analysis.
